Drunken Cookies Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Contest Period 

The Drunken Cookies Contest begins August 1st, 2025 at 12:00 AM (local time) and ends on August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM (local time). Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older to enter the contest. Employees of Drunken Cookies are not eligible to enter this contest.

3. How to Enter 

To enter, participants must post a video on TikTok and tag us @drunkencookies and use #drunkencookies in the caption for your entry to count. Please feel free to add any additional captions. Only entries that tag @drunkencookies and caption #drunkencookies will be considered valid entries. Private accounts must be made public during the contest period to ensure visibility.

4. Prizes

Grand Prize (1st Place): $1,000 USD Cash

2nd Place: $500 USD Cash

3rd, 4th, and 5th Place: $100 USD Cash 

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and brand relevance by the Drunken Cookies team. Judging will occur after the contest ends, and winners will be announced via Drunken Cookies’ official TikTok account, other social media accounts, and/or direct message.

6. Notification and Prize Claim

Winners will be contacted via TikTok Direct Message and/or other social media accounts. If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, their prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. See below for contest winner notification dates. 

7. Rights and Usage

By entering, participants grant Drunken Cookies the right to repost, share, and otherwise use their content (video, name, likeness) for promotional purposes, with credit, without additional compensation. The award video may also be used for the same purposes.

8. TikTok Disclaimer

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, nor is TikTok associated with this contest. By entering, participants release TikTok from any responsibility.
